LLO Caribbean is a collaborative initiative between Caribbean islands and Dutch educational institutions, created to expand access to education and lifelong learning opportunities in the region. The platform connects universities across the islands and the Netherlands, making educational modules, training programs, and relevant information easily accessible in one central, multilingual environment.

We designed and developed a scalable web platform that supports both regional collaboration and local autonomy. Our work covered the full process, from UX research and visual design to development and deployment. We built a content management system that allows universities to manage their own offerings, implemented advanced search and filtering, and ensured the platform is accessible, multilingual, and technically prepared for long-term growth.
