THiNK FeST is the annual festival of The Hague University of Applied Sciences — a full-day event where employees and students come together to meet, learn, and be inspired through workshops, sessions, and activities. It’s a vibrant, internal celebration of creativity, collaboration, and professional development across departments and faculties.

For THiNK FeST, we led the design and backend development together with New Designers of the event application that powered the entire festival experience. We mapped out the structure and user flows, built a secure login tied to THUAS accounts, and created an admin console where staff can add and manage events. The platform also enables participants to register for sessions, triggers automatic email communication, and supports organisers with tools to track and update registrations in real time. Launched in time for the festival, the application played a key role in a smooth, engaging day — and the event was a big success.
